Marketplace terms
Draft — the market on market.superintel.com accepts listings only once these terms are final and the operator has switched listings on. Until then the market shows coming soon. This page states what the terms will cover so that nobody is surprised by them.
Who
The marketplace is operated by SuperFile Inc.. A seller is a person signed in with SuperID who publishes a Super Language Model or a dataset. A buyer is a person who imports one. Both accept these terms and the API terms by publishing or importing.
What is listed
- A listing is content the seller opened on their own device and posted in the clear, on purpose, under their SuperID name and handle.
- The seller warrants that they hold the rights to publish the instructions and examples and that the examples contain no third-party personal data: no real names, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers or other details of people who did not agree to appear. The relay refuses examples that contain an email address or a phone number; that check is a floor, not the standard.
- Listings may be removed by the seller at any time and by SuperFile Inc. on notice, or without notice where a listing appears to infringe rights, contain personal data or break the law.
Money
- Paid listings are sold through Stripe Checkout in US dollars. The seller receives a share to be announced before listings open; the remainder is the marketplace fee. Payouts, their schedule and the tax forms required are set out in the seller agreement before listings open.
- Tax may be added at checkout where SuperFile Inc. is required to collect it.
Refunds
Content is delivered digitally the moment payment is confirmed. A buyer may ask for a refund within 14 days if the content does not import or is materially not as described in the listing. Refunds are made to the original payment method; the imported model is removed from the buyer's page. Write to [email protected] with the order id.
Takedown
If a listing contains your personal data, infringes your rights or is otherwise unlawful, write to [email protected] with the listing id and what is wrong. Listings are delisted while a claim is looked at; a seller may answer. Repeat infringers lose the right to list.
What buyers get
A licence to use the content in their own Super Language Models on the Super family of products. No right to resell or republish it as their own. Imported content is sealed with the buyer's key; the seller cannot see who imported it beyond a count.
